  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping and Handling Policies Most in-stock equipment is shipped via ground service and will arrive within 5-7 business days. A street address is required for all shipments- No PO Boxes. Rush Delivery If you need your order by a specific date, you must email or call us to discuss your request. Rush deliveries cannot be made on the website. Additional shipping charges will be added to the standard shipping charge.



  • Warranties
  • All equipment carried by Woodslamp.net comes with a limited 1-year manufacturers warranty. All equipment purchased from Woodslamp.net is to be used and operated by qualified, trained professionals ONLY. This limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper installation, improper or excessive use, or any alteration. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, to the original purchaser, and remain at our discretion. Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers or not authorized by us may affect equipment performance and voids all product warranties. Warranty service is provided by woodslamp.net and requires that the product be shipped and delivered to our authorized service agent for repair. The warranty does NOT cover shipping charges to and from our repair center. Customers must receive an Authorization for Repair number before shipping product to our service center. All repaired items will be returned to the customer by either Fed Ex, DHL or UPS. Woodslamp.net is not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from equipment failure or service delays. The warranty does not cover any burned out or broken bulbs nor does it include the bulb cover on the woods lamp. Manufacturers Defects In the event of defect in materials or workmanship, our obligation shall be limited to free labor and parts for repair or replacement, solely at our option, of any part for the first year of warranty. Does not include bulbs or bulb cover.



  • Return Policy
  • Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 5 working days of receipt, provided that the merchandise is in new, original condition, the customer has retained all original materials, accessories, and packaging. Customers must receive an Authorization Approval number prior to a return, without one we will not accept any packages. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all items approved for return. All returns are subject to inspection before approval for a refund. Absolutely NO returns will be accepted on customized/special ordered merchandise. Any attempts for a return past the 5-day window will remain at the discretion of Woodslamp.net No merchandise may be returned after 30 days of shipping date. Orders refused or cancelled after order has been shipped will be charged a 25% cancellation fee plus shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer will absorb all applicable fees. The customer is responsible for providing proper packaging and may be held responsible for any additional shipping fees (i.e. call tags, shipping insurance, and repackaging). Any merchandise received not in accordance with the above stated policy will be denied return delivery acceptance. All returns will be carefully reviewed and authorized at the discretion of Woodslamp.net.



  • Miscellaneous
  • Damages Do not sign for shipments until you have thoroughly inspected for damage. Visible damage to cartons must be noted on the freight bill. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Original packaging must be kept in order to be replaced. Failure to do so will result replacement solely at our option.
